8 credit hr, Credit for A, B, C contractors, Code credit for all other trades

Utilizing a final inspection check list, class will review over 150 items that are checked during a routine final inspection. The areas covered are commonly the cause for a final inspection being failed requiring corrections and reinspections. Items on the checklist cover essentially all aspects of the IRC. Many items will cover code changes that occurred between the 2018 and 2024 IRC editions to help class participants to familiarize themselves with the new requirements being adopted by local jurisdictions.

Class is appropriate for Class A, B and C General Contractors and Code Credit for other trades
